Harry S. Truman

An American who served as The President of Untied States, was born on 8th May, 1884, in Missouri. In the history of United States, he is known as the President who attempted many controversial decisions. During his time he accepted various challenges to take difficult decisions. The United States joined the UN the United Nations as a charter member during Truman's administration and (NATO) North Atlantic Treaty Organization sponsored the Truman Doctrine. He also played an important role in the fighting in the Korean War during the three years time 1950 to 1953. The 33rd president of the United States was died on December 26, 1972, Kansas City, Missouri, United States.
